His mom is going to buy back his dignity with five grand ? I bet she keeps the money , or that might cover the legal fees . What does his father have to say about it ? Julie's deal sure beats the deal than if she was a man . Altho Ms McCormick's venture was consentual the word is rape? and it would be HARD to defend , anyway in this case the word rape is not the action but the crime .
"Upon successful completion of the sentence, Smith will be removed from the sex offender registry and the offense will be fully expunged, according to court documents." Now how many out here ARE NOT ALDERMEN, receiving the same kind of judicial treatment???? I thought so. . . .
"McCormick told law enforcement that she had sex with the teen three times and that she had fallen in love with the boy. But the teenager's mother, who spoke at Friday's sentencing, said the jailer had robbed the victim of his dignity." The only true dignity that was lost were all those around the teenage boy who made a spectacles of Ms. McCormik to their own satisfaction and then marched to the beat that the teenage boy "SUFFERED" this indignity at the hands of an unscrupulous woman using her demonic powers to overcome the teenage boy's will. In short, come off it.
"The process will provide Mr. Kramer with an opportunity to defend himself from the allegations and he will do so in the appropriate forum," Gatzke wrote in an email. "Once all of the information has been brought forward, Mr. Kramer is confident that he will be exonerated." Remember, innocent until PROVEN guilty. But this statement by defense counsel. having been in the legal world for 18+ years, is called "standard operating procedure," or in short, "defending his client." No surprise to me.
In this case I think the woman is a creep and I can't defend her. Consensual doesn't really work here because the boy was kidnapped and jailed by the state and she was the jailer (an occupation that seems would attract a lot of predatory psychopaths. )
