www.falseconvictions.com and I have petitions on it as well. I bet you have not seen a case like this. Look under the confession and victim impact tabs. You will see concrete proof that I am innocent. Please share my story with others.

Too many like this. All it takes today is a finger point - you are done. However, here is a hint: FOLLOW THE MONEY. And do not ever believe that prosecutors are seeking righteous judgments and also protecting the rights of defendants --- EVER.

We spent over 135,000 for my defense. How much money does it take? I had a confession from the child! Yet, my kawyer, a former District Court judge, did not use it or the witness associated with it. My lawyer got me charged with Intimidation and I had nothing to do with it. Then continued the case until after I was convicted on the Indecent Liberties counts. I was placed on house arrest, had to call in every day to an officer. My Intimidation case came back on the calendar about 6 months into my house arrest. Can you imagine that my lawyer did not tell me about the court date, allowed me to be cited for failure to appear, bond revoked and had it all cleared, WITHOUT me knowing anything about it. This would have brought out the childs confession during the appeal. Come to find out, during the Motion for Appropriate Relief, my lawyer fabricated a story about the audio tape. My appealate lawyer not only hid a court date, but ALLOWED me to remain out on bond for almost a YEAR after my appeal was decided so the new NC Sex Offender registration law would affect me. I noticed something else. The Dates on the MAR did not match either. The MAR was decided on the same day. Feb 16, 1994. Yet, it was signed by the judge on Jan. 5, 1995. Please sign my petition at www.justiceforstephen.com so I can be heard and get these convictions overturned. Thanks.

We spent 135,000 on this case and it is all lies. Further, when you have a lawyer that HIDES evidence and is a former district court judge in the saem courthouse I was convicted. It is not a good combination. Please sign my petition at www.justiceforstephen.com. Below shows what my lawyer hid from the jury!!

Look at this document. This is the Victim Impact statement written by the boys mother two weeks prior to the trial. Can you see anything strange about it? Most of the letter was written about the child that confessed but the mother still made him go to court. He did not even know why he was there! Yet I was convicted. Very Shocking Stuff. I marked out their names, but you can see the story. I want my name cleared. All of this came to light when I investigated my own case last year. www.justiceforstephen.com
