I know he is a comedian, and they may think this is funny, but it's not, and if this really happened, then he should be arrested and put on the sex offender registry for something. If you or I gave a child pornography we'd be in prison right now.

CHRIS Rock says he gave a cancer-stricken teenage boy a copy of Pamela Anderson's sex tape as part of a Make-A-Wish Foundation visit.

"I snuck him the Pam Anderson sex tape," the comedian told Jerry Seinfeld.

The story emerged as the comedy colleagues shared a moment in the latest episode of Seinfeld’s Emmy-nominated web series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.

After hearing of Rock’s risque final offering to the 15-year-old, Seinfeld takes his hands off the steering wheel and laughs while clapping.

Rock says the boy "is dead now", which prompts Seinfeld to offer a eulogy, saying the teen enjoyed a few good moments before dying.

"He lived a little more."

You are correct! The sex offender label is not for everyone! The true hypocrisy of the label comes to life by looking at a few celebrities.

Mark Foley had a position of authority over minors he propositioned in a sexual nature. The San Diego mayor touched a women's rear end and its called... Sexual harrasment. The California governor was accused of grouping. In many states unwanted touching in a sexual nature is considered a sex offense. Anthony Weiner sends photos over the Internet of his private parts. Some parts of the United States this would be considered indecent exposure.... Etc

Well I guess it just depends on who you are and who wants to use this against you. Saying he did what he did could open him up to leagle consequences as he self reported the crime. If I were the boys parent I could look at this as a way to make money as I'm sure they must be short of. Then brings to mind what mental damage did this cause such a ill individual. I'm sure the damage did last the rest of his life as the main theme to sex abuse or anything relating is the damage the victim suffers and will cause them to be a victim their entire life. This has been one of the main justifications for the laws we have now. Promoted by victim advocates nationwide. So given they use a broad brush and speak in absolutes this is a huge deal.
Having said that I'm sure people would be up in arms and manning the pitchforks and torches if this had been a female instead of a male age 15. The laws we have now are slanted and bias. They assume males are bad and females are helpless. When it comes to things like this or any male that could be considered a victim of a sex crime it is laughed off. Made to look like someone did him a favore. Well maybe if this is true and someone did do him a favor then could this logic not be used in a situation involving a female. Gee he did her a favor what's the big deal? We all know the answer to that one.
