He who screams the loudest may/has the most to hide. And what a irrevocable self righteous back end of a horse under its tail.

I wonder if anyone cares if someone elses constitutional rights are violated. Well lately it's all over the news. If it involves the tea party and the IRS or some new gun regulation we never hear the end of it. However you blatantly create laws that violate 750000 peoples rights and no one says a word. If it involves sex or sex offenders not one person in the media will stand up and say hey what about this and has the government violated the basic rights of this group? Nope they just keep hammering away at how this protects society and that outweighs the constitution. This sherif must be up for election again so to push the envelope and get his picture in the paper is worth the risk he places this persons family at. After all sex offender's rights are even violated by the federal government so this isn't such a big deal if he goes out of his way to do it to. Given sex offenders must be monitored and controlled for life. Right? Never mind the cost and the cost is on more levels then a person can imagine. Never mind it has never been constitutional. However when the tea baggers don't get their write offs somehow now the constitution is a big deal and 56 percent of the country think the government violates people's rights. Well if it gets them elected any politician will. Once we allow the gate to be opened and we allow people like this sheriff to do whatever they like as far as violating rights we have no one to blame but ourselves. In my opinion we need to unravel these laws no matter how we feel about sex offenders just to set a new precedence. One that says the constitution stands for all. It is alive and well and does protect everyone including tea baggers and sex offenders from government overreach and abuse of power.

Just like when the Orange County sheriffs beat that homeless guy to death in CA. The DA quickly moved to cover his a** by legislating to ban SOs from parks and beaches...

Everybody knows that Florida cops are among the worst sex offenders in the country (or so the news has reported)...

Why not re-direct attention to get some of the heat off their backs...

Then, maybe, they can look like heroes after saving an SO from a vigilante attack. Or maybe the public won't care because of the sign...
