So, if you happen to tick off an ex, or neighbor, and they accuse you of sexual abuse, you cannot get an education, job, or home, and are forced to move over and over again, to live under a bridge (YouTube, YouTube) or inhumane conditions, and they expect you to be a happy camper? This kind of stress in someones life, doesn't help, it could potentially make someone result in more crime. Well, I guess that is exactly what they want, so they can "justify" the laws and continue the sex offender witch hunt.
Four Oaks - A 19-year-old senior at South Johnston High School has been banned from going on school property after school system officials recently learned he was convicted of misdemeanor sexual battery.
James Lawrence, an attorney for Johnston County Schools, said Tuesday that school system officials were unaware that [name withheld] had been sentenced to 24 months of probation after being found guilty last month of allegations involving a 14-year-old girl.
They became aware of the matter after he was suspended two weeks ago when a girl accused him of touching her on a school bus.
Under North Carolina state law, sex offenders are prohibited from going on school property, but they are allowed to attend school if they have consent from the local school board.
Terri Sessoms, a spokeswoman for Johnston County Schools, said there is no record that [name withheld] ever asked for permission.
Student privacy laws prevent the school system from commenting further about [name withheld]’s case, including his student status, she said.
But Sessoms said officials and school system attorneys decided Tuesday to limit access after consulting with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office, State Board of Education and other local school board attorneys on the matter.
[name withheld]’s aunt and guardian, [name withheld], said he is not a predator and deserves an education, despite his past.
[name withheld] said her nephew had been involved with a 14-year-old girl and the girl’s parents reported him to police when they found out.
“He’s just a young guy that got caught up at the wrong place at the wrong time,” [name withheld] said. “Once he found out that she was as young as she was, he left her alone.”
Department of Correction records indicate that [name withheld] was convicted in 2008 of a misdemeanor trespassing charge and also convicted last year of possession of stolen goods, also a misdemeanor.

TOOWOOMBA couple Amanda Maree Quinn and Oliver Lance Pearl were driven by revenge when they conspired to have Quinn’s ex-boyfriend falsely charged with rape, a court heard yesterday.
Quinn, 26, and Pearl, 22, appeared in the Toowoomba District Court for the second day of their trial in which they have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to bring a false accusation (Amazon), and the alternate charge of attempting to pervert (Amazon) the course of justice.
The couple provided statements to police on June 14, 2006, alleging Quinn’s ex-boyfriend [name withheld] had raped her at home on June 11.
Crown prosecutor Noel Needham, when questioning Pearl, told the court Pearl participated in Quinn’s conspiracy plan out of loyalty to her and convenience for himself as Mr [name withheld] had caused friction in their relationship.
Pearl said he had driven the couple’s female housemate to her mother’s house at 5.30pm and that Mr [name withheld] had attended their Swallow Court house and raped Quinn in the 20 minutes he was gone.
However, the female housemate gave evidence yesterday that she was home all evening and never attended her mother’s house. The woman’s mother confirmed this and had been at a wedding that weekend.
The housemate said she was later in a car with Quinn and Pearl and heard them talking about how to make the false rape complaint. The couple’s barrister Frank Martin said the conversation in the car never happened.
The housemate was kicked out of their Swallow Court house after Quinn saw she had sent a text message to Mr [name withheld] warning him: “You better run. Get a good alibi. Get a good lawyer. Amanda will call, cops will be listening.”
The court heard Mr [name withheld] had travelled to Toowoomba with his sister and her friend on June 11 but was with family members all night.

The New Orleans Police Department's Sex Crimes Unit has arrested 84 people so far this year for failing to comply with their orders to notify neighbors and law enforcement officials of their crime.
- Just more BS to force offenders back into jail/prison by forcing them to pay for postage for mailing neighbors, when this should be the police and states responsibility, since they wanted the laws.
Lt. Paul Noel, who heads the unit, said at a news conference Monday that he and his detectives found the offenders because of ongoing compliance checks that began in earnest last week.
The push to investigate each offender isn't new, Noel said. But, he added, he hopes the publicity will stop offenders from eluding the checks, whether they are new to the city or longtime residents.
There are more than 630 registered sex offenders living in the city, Noel said, and the NOPD has done more than 800 compliance checks so far this year.
There are three tiers of sex offenders, some of whom have to check in with police once a year for 15 years, all the way up to those who are required to check in with detectives every 90 days for the rest of their lives.
"We plan on conducting a compliance check on every sex offender in New Orleans," Noel said.
This has got to be illegal, and needs to stop. It's already almost impossible for sex offenders to find any place to stay, that is why they congregate like this, the state laws are causing this. This is state forced exile, IMO.
So when is the Nazi government going to start dictating where murderers, drug dealers, gang members, DUI offenders and other criminals can or cannot live? If it's okay for one group, it's good enough for all!
Sex offenders need to stop letting the Gestapo stomp on their rights and fight back.

Sand Springs is taking steps to protect residents
SAND SPRINGS - The city of Sand Springs is taking steps to move nearly two dozen sex offenders who live just down the street from a neighborhood.
City officials say parents are worried that so many sex offenders live near their children, so the city created a city park that draws new boundaries.
"I'm concerned for the childrens' safety," said resident Wilma Stanfill.
Stanfill has lived in Country Meadow Estates in Sand Springs for 25 years. She had no idea that 23 registered sex offenders lived so close.
"I'd like to see it be safe, and I'd like to see the park be there, and maybe those other people can move away," she said.
Assistant Chief of Police Mike Carter says the owner who built the RV park in Tulsa County is building another one on city land. Residents are concerned more offenders will move in.
"When you're looking at close to 40 sex offenders living in one area, that wasn't looked at as the best interest of our citizens," Carter said.
So the city created a park within Country Meadows. Under Oklahoma law, sex offenders cannot live within 2,000 feet of a city or county park. Both RV parks fall within that boundary.
"People will make the case, well now you know where they are. Our citizens didn't sign up for that," Carter said.
Troy Norris owns both of the RV parks. He says he allowed sex offenders to live at his Tulsa County location at the request of Operation Hope Ministries.
Norris says the site in Sand Springs city limits would be different.
"I never intended to allow offenders in this park. I think the city kind of assumed that was going to be the case," he said.
"Then we really don't have a conflict," said Carter, after hearing this. "In that respect, if that's not what his intentions are, then I'm glad we could help him out. Because I think we're going to be protecting the new occupants of his new RV park."
Norris says city officials never contacted him with their concerns.
"It doesn't really bother me from a business stand point, personally it seems that it's a little underhanded," he said.
The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office wasn't aware that Sand Springs had created this park. They are consulting with the DA's office and if the sex offenders have to move, they will be contacted.
