Do Your Own Homework:The media, politicians, organizations and other people continually repeat the same lies they've been told over and over, saying sex offenders have a high recidivism rate. Well, if you do your own homework, you will see it's the total opposite, sex offenders have the second lowest recidivism of any criminal, except murderers, as we have linked many studies, below, that you can read and see for yourself the real facts. These people usually quote a portion of the US Department of Justice study (linked below) saying "Sex offenders are 4 times more likely to be rearrested for a sexual crime than non-sexual offenders," but they stop there, taking it out of context. Read the full study below to get the full context and not just what they want you to hear. Don't ever take someones word for it, do your own homework. Talk to REAL experts and not wanna-be experts!
NOTE: If you know of other recidivism studies that we do not have below, then please send us a link to the study using out contact form.
