We are wanting to start keeping track of when current or past legislature say something which shows the intent of the sex offender registry, residency and other laws are about punishment.

I would also recommend any statements emanating from court cases, from oral arguments to judgments be included, particularly anything with the words emanating from "punishment" such as "punitive", "restrict", etc.

Second would be if they sponsored or cosponsored a SO Bill
third When the comment was made mm dd yy
