Of course they did. When the Constitution is not worth the paper and ink it's written with, and the judges are not following their oath of office, this is what you get. Trampling on rights!

Of course I don't agree with this, but I must admit you guys in R.I. are lucky compared to RSOs in Florida. Down here it's 1000 feet and the Courts gave counties the option to make their own restrictions as well. In Polk County, it's 2500 feet from a school or a daycare! Where can one live???
