In the upper right is a FORUMS link, move your mouse over that then a MEMBER FORUM link will appear, click that and sign up.

ReplyDeleteIf you are a registered sex offender or family of someone who is, you can join, but they require your phone # so they can contact you and verify you. Once they do that, they delete your phone # for your security & privacy.

Then in the top right of their site is a FORUMS link, move your mouse over that, then select the MEMBER FORUM link.
You will then be taken to their forums, where you will have to register and sign up. Once you do that, it may take a little while before they contact and/or approve you.
