The lead commentator,states that ex-post facto laws are extremely rare today. Assuming that the men in the clip are all legal professors, I find it extremely ODD that they have no knowledge of the many ex-post facto sex offender laws in our Country. Specifically,since the media has reported on ex-post facto laws that were recently, successfully, argued against in the State of Ohio. Or maybe, registered offenders having unconstitutional laws enforced against them every day, is considered justified by these gentlemen for the same reasons our lawmakers believe they are. Not surprising in the least.
