It's about time Florida did something good for a change. I am not sure if this is a recent video, but it was uploaded to YouTube today.
Video Description:
This news segment explores the impacts of a new Florida law creating a separate offense for 'sexting' by minors, to provide law enforcement with an option instead of charging kids with child pornography offenses, which would require sex offender registration.
Did you know that the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children says their are about 750,000 sex offenders across the country, but they don't tell you how many are DUPLICATES due to aliases, misspellings, human error, deceased, or those who have moved from one state to another but have not been removed from the state they no longer live in! If all these duplicates were removed, to show the ACTUAL numbers, then how many would it be?

The same should go for the older guy that the teen is trying to flirt with, I was convicted of child porn when a 17 year old girl sent a email to my business email she got from my business card with 3 pictures of herself 1 bra and panties 1 topless and the other a crotch shot no face dont even know if it was her.And now I'm a sex offender for life.. And she got a slap on the wrist.
