Dr. Drew show seeking interview with wife of a sex offender!

The following email came through the support hotline:

To Whom It May Concern:

I’m a producer on Dr Drew Pinsky’s HLN show. We’ve been covering the Jerry Sandusky story closely and are continuing the conversation this Monday, Dec 12, regarding his wife, Dottie, and her decision to defend and stand by her husband. Since Dottie isn’t giving interviews at this time, we’d like to speak to a wife that has gone through a similar situation. We hope to give our viewer some insight as to what it’s like to go through something like this, having the public arrive at an opinion before the facts have been presented, etc.

I’d love to speak with someone from your organization if you feel you may be able to suggest a wife to share her first-hand experiences with Dr Drew. It’s the goal of our show to not only report the news, but also examine the motivation of people in the stories. Drew is a medical doctor, husband and father, and his interviews are always very professional and hopefully informative.
