Hearing this pastor speak the Truth of God's word makes me want to sat"Glory to God"! It also makes me think of a fact that is very prevelant among society regarding registered offenders, or any person that may commited a crime. People always seem to say: "Oh sure, now that they have been caught, they turn to God or religion". Or you may hear a secular counselor say: "All registered offenders are deceptive and cunning and they will try to make people believe they are now saved by God". These people are un-believers and will accept nothing, even God's ability to dramatically change peoples heart and lives. One of the hardest things for a person to do is not only to forgive someone, but to actually love that person and pray for God to restore them. This is what Jesus commanded
ReplyDeleteus to do. Unfortunately the hate people harbor in thier hearts keeps them in bondage. We live in a temporal world. One day we all must die. At that time weather people belive it or not, God will judge them according to how they judged people in thier lives. And for those who truly repented (asked for God's forgiveness and stopped the sinning behavior) God won't even rember the sin. Believe in Jesus and have eternal life..........Peace, and God's LOve to all!
Matthew 25: 31-46 says it pretty well...
