Right now, the Ohio AG's ESORN website is functioning (whether or not accurately I do not really know, but my family member did not reappear on that site but on the county's-- repeatedly, after a year of officially being off the SO list), but each OHIO sheriff's/county's site has been down since some time later afternoon on Friday 10/21/11. It's 10/25/11 at about 6:50 p.m. These sheriff/county sites show an error message when accessed. All of them work under the Offender Watch system, which is what needs to be fixed as it must not have been communicating correctly with the AG's site. Apparently the intellectually challenged hamsters that run their database are on a kibble strike or something! :-)
