We need to remember this decision is a Superior Court decision and not the Maine Supreme court. At this time we also do not know if this decision will be appealed, I suspect it will be, but time will tell.
ReplyDeleteMaine has been at the forefront of restraint in laws recently, and I am not sure the legislature will go ahead blindly based on this decision which HAS NOT been appealed to the Maine Supreme court.
For now, have a great day and a better tomorrow.

Maine article shows the case will likely be appealed: See http://congress-courts-legislation.blogspot.com/2011/08/appeal-likely-of-ruling-upholding-maine.html
