And people wonder why people who get pulled over by a cop get so freaked out. They might get killed, raped or molested by these crooked cops.

July 2007: Cleveland firefighter Terrance Hough Jr., is charged with murder in the shooting deaths of his neighbors shortly after midnight. Witnesses said he was angered because his neighbors were setting off Fourth of July fireworks.
June 2007: Cleveland Clinic police officer Robert Grzywaczewski shoots and kills himself and his girlfriend. Grzywaczewski is a former Linndale police officer who resigned after the department required a psychological exam following a suicide attempt. The Clinic hired him a short time later.
June 2007: Canton police officer Bobby Cutts Jr. is charged with murder in the killing of Jessie Davis and her unborn child, whom Cutts is believed to have fathered. Davis' disappearance generated national media attention and triggered a massive search before her body was found in a Summit County park.
June 2007: Cleveland firefighter George "Kevin" Greer is indicted on charges he raped two women: one woman he met on an Internet dating site in 2006 and one he met in a bar in 1999.
May 2007: Parma police officer Mark McCombs indicted on charges of rape, sexual battery, kidnapping, gross tampering with evidence and dereliction of duty involving a drunk and disoriented woman.
May 2007: Cleveland police officer Alphonzo Rodgers indicted in May on two counts of rape involving a woman at the home of a mutual acquaintance.

How come one Parma Police Officer is charged, and the other one is free from all charges? When he had the same involvement? I don't understand how they can accuse one and not the other. Even if he turned on the other officer, why would they dismiss charges and let him go a free man? Can someone please explain?
