I want to first start off with saying I am NOT pro-pedophile or pro-sex offender but pro-Constitution. I am totally against any form of abuse to any animal or human being. Anybody who commits any crime should be punished. But, once that person has done the time they were convicted under, via contract, and is off parole and/or probation, they should be able to get on with their lives without all the rules and regulations. No other criminal has to live by such draconian laws, so why sex offenders? If we must do this for sex offenders, then I think, to be fair, all criminals must be under similar rules and regulations.
NOTE: I do not post the articles about death, suicides, beatings, or any other article, for that matter, to disrespect anybody, except to express my comments in red. If you feel like I have disrespected someone, then leave a comment, and if I agree, then I'll delete or modify my comments.
Now that that is out of the way, I am so glad you decided to stop by and check out my blog. I started this blog last year (around July 2006) to help spread the TRUTH about sex offender laws, issues and how they violate the United States Constitution, Bill of Rights and Human Rights. It was also created for sex offenders, so they have a one stop shop for everything related to them, so they can stay up to date on the laws, housing, etc.
The media and politicians are constantly misquoting statistics and doing sex offenders injustice. Yes, the victims were harmed and violated and the offender should be punished! It's tragic what the victim and offender will be faced with. I myself was molested by a family member when I was very young, so I DO know what it's like. I wanted to kill the person who violated my trust and did what they did to me. This person was my brother. I suppressed all the things which occurred to me until I was much older. And when it all came flooding back to me, via therapy, I wanted to personally stick a gun in his mouth and pull the trigger! I was so angry at what he had done. But, being brought up believing in Jesus Christ as being my Lord and Saviour, I knew I must forgive him, which I did. I told my brother this, and he started to cry and thanked me for forgiving him, and it was never brought up again. But he did ask me how I could forgive him for what he did to me, and I told him, I have to trust in what Jesus Christ said, and not dwell on the past. I must move forward with my life.
I truly believe that we must all learn to forgive. If we always see ourselves as a victim, then we will always be a victim. I see myself as someone who was a victim, but is now a survivor. I will not dwell on the past, or I will always repeat the nightmares. If you or someone you know, has been abused in any form, I strongly suggest getting help. If you do not, it WILL come back and haunt you. Well, even with therapy, it may come back, but, you will be able to deal with it a lot easier. Trust me, I've been there. Therapy and believing in the Lord helped me through a lot.
When I post an article, my comments are always in red. Not to show anger, but because it sticks out more than the other colors available. I always post a link to the original article (if applicable) at the top, followed by my comments, then the article itself. I've received several emails asking me why I think something, when it was from the original news article, and not from me. Again, my comments will always be in red. And I highlight various other items of interest in blue.
If you post a comment citing statistics, provide a link to where you found the info. If you do not provide a link to the original article, it will just be deleted without any comments from me. I want facts, not something that may have came from thin air.
Comments ARE moderated, so keep in mind, any harassing comments, citing statistics without links to prove your case, or calling me pro-pedophile, pro-sex offender or other bad names will not be tolerated and will be deleted.

ZMan, I think your site is great. I wish everyone would read it and see how all theses laws and restrictions are hurting RSO's and their families.

i wish you would compare the cases of 2 high profile SERIAL child molesters being given probation in Tarrant county, TX DA Tim Curry's office.

Can you post more about Christopher Barrios? I have not found one article saying that his father was a register sex offender who was forced to move do to the sex offender laws....Its very sad to think that his son may still be alive today if he had not been forced to move.

He's a sex offender, so he has to obey the same laws all others do, so he would've been forced to move, if he lived next to a bus stop.

I dont know whether you know this or not,you are a great asset to fighting these absurd laws...your blog has a wealth of information !These Laws only seem to make us spend more tax dollars just to make us "feel safe" with a fake sense of security... in reality it is all up to us to keep our children and ourselves safe.There are still murders and rapes comitted agianst young children even though the Walsh , lundford act have been approved...anyone with a little ounce of common sense knows nothing will stop a murderer rapists, child molester... not the 2,000-foot rule , registries ,the walsh ,kanka ,lundford law is going to stop them .WAKE UP AMERICA !!EDUCATE YOUR CHILDREN AND YOURSELVES !!do not rely on the government to keep you safe.

I was doing research on gps today and found this artticle about a guy who escaped,then found shot in the head , I dont ever recall seeing this story anywhere in Jan...Here's the piece ,If you notice the updated story is under the man's photo , barely even made a story in the paper, Just wonder how many stories like this are'nt being news worthy

Zman I have a story that I would like to see if you will post. Its about Walsh saying always well you know I am the father of a murdered child. I have an idea that been working on and lest see if we can get it on here. I need to know how I can email it to you.

Zman, What I have done is try and look at so much of the news stories, that Walsh and Lunsford have done. Walsh most always says well you must remember or remember I am the father of a murdered son.
The story that I want to make know is that most people forget as you've said so many times about DUI meaning drunk drivers and the number of children that they kill each year. Most always they get off with a losing of licence, DUI school etc. However they are murders period and that includes that counsilman that was arrested drunk driving a couple of weeks ago. Here's an example report by CDC report and this is not with parents but people that kill children. • In 2005, 48 children age 14 years and younger who were killed as pedestrians or pedalcyclists were struck by impaired drivers (NHTSA 2006).
Now my point will be is these people are cold blooded murders and they know that they should not be driving and drinking. There is a story where one person killed a 6 year old boy in his neighborhood turning into his driveway and the boy was riding his bike. There are so many stories that I have here and that is why I wanted to email them to you.

He was killed by someone who made the choice of driving when they shouldn't have. Someone making the choice of driving way too fast on an unmarked country road.

All because I was too drunk to drive.
I had no idea what my actions would cause.
Oh I shouldn't have been the one to survive.
I live with that memory every day of my life.
But those parents have empty arms.
And, if only I could go back to that night...

So I guess my story is about who is the worst killer of a child and it is clearly a drunk driver period when it comes to protecting children. I will try and finish it by tomorrow. So when Walsh says well you know " I AM THE FATHER OF A MURDER CHILD" WHAT ABOUT the mothers and fathers out there that are mothers and fathers of many murdered children. Why because if we stop all of the driving and drinking the Capital hiss bars would have to close down. I have been in WDC and they have several spots that when the get done they go and meet and have a few rounds, in most cases everyone of them would be locked up because a test would show over the 0.8 level. Just let me know if you think this makes sense. Or send me an email you know who. More children are killed each year by a DD than any sex offender.
